Feeling sick/faint exercising

Hiya!
i’m looking for advice/wondering if anyone else has had similar.

I used to be fairly fit before having my baby.
now I’m 14 months postpartum still breastfeeding on demand, and sleep has been terrible, now we’re on every 3-4 hour wake ups now, so still up at least 3 times a night.

I have been doing loads of walking, Pilates every week, weightlifting class twice a week, started the couch to 5k (to go slow as per pelvic floor physio advice as with running I was weeing myself!) which is actually slowly getting better.

BUT everytime I try and push myself hard exercising I feel really sick/faint.
a few months ago I did a few spinning classes, and then went after a really bad night sleep and was vomiting after it.
then last week after my normal weight class I felt so faint I couldn’t drive home and felt better after having some sugar.

then today did a aerobic class and after 15mins felt super sick & faint, and had some sweets and felt a bit better. (I had eaten a big bowl of porridge/nuts/berries an hour before).

so not sure if I just need to take it slower, I’m unfit or if there is actually something more going on? All the other exercise feels ok, it’s just specifically if my heart rate goes up and I feel like I’m working hard it’s as if my body won’t let me

Have you had your iron levels checked recently? If not I would probably start there just incase!

I'd say this warrants a visit to your GP!

Humour me and take a pregnancy test
I ask because my clue I was pregnant with #2 while breastfeeding #1 despite using contraception was fainting while exercising.

Ahhhh I would love to be pregnant, I had all the symptoms of being pregnant a few weeks ago that I had last time then just felt better, but I did a test yesterday and it was negative
