Mid/upper back pain

I've never really suffered with back pain, but since my emcs 9 months ago, I have chronic back pain through my mid/upper back. I find it so odd that it's higher up in my back as I would expect it to be lower, if anything. I wondered if it could be my lungs but gp checked and said they sound clear.
She said it could be from carrying around the baby etc.

Has anybody else had this? It hurts all the time, deep inside so still wondering if it could be my lungs despite what the gp said.

I would say it’s down to carrying the baby tbh. Pushing the pram actually caused me RSI that took several months of physio, wearing a wrist brace and ultrasound therapy to recover from!
Babies are heavy, doing repetitive lifting in an unnatural position can cause all sorts of issues. YouTube should have some exercise videos that could help with this.

@YoureKillingMyPeacethank you, I had read this on Google but I never had this with my first baby. Granted, it's been 8 years since then so I'm older and arguably in poorer shape. It just hurts so much, I couldn't see how it could be from carrying the baby etc but he is much heavier than my first was. I was also diagnosed with polyhydramnios in pregnancy, so my belly was heavier which probably hasn't helped. I'll try some exercises when I have time and hopefully see an improvement, thank you x
