Weird headaches for 6 years

so I had my first child in Feb 2020, so she’s 6 in a few months. I had a spinal block as our was a forceps delivery (this might be relevant). As soon as I was home and up walking as normal I got these weird headaches so painful I would stop in my tracks and have to tilt my head back, but they would only last a few seconds and only be on one place in my head which was different each time. Anyway this went on, but did improve, all the way up until I had my son (3) in November 2022 (epidural, maybe relevant?) - and they started all over again. I am still suffering with these. They’re worse when I’m run down or have a cold. I’ve seen FIVE different NHS Gp’s and each time I leave without answers. I’ve finally gone private and have an appointment with a neurologist but not until Jan 2026.

I was thinking could it be nerve damage from the spinal and epidural. I have no idea. But it’s chronic and I’m fed up of it. Never had anything like his before I gave birth.

has anyone else ever suffered with anything like this????

Did they tell you to go back to the anesthetist if you got severe headaches. Sometimes they need to fix tiny holes that didn't close after the epidural, it can cause terrible headaches. Could you ask for a scan on the site?
