Postpartum night sweats

16 was pp and the night sweats are crazy!!
im not breastfeeding, is this normal? I keep reading online it’s normal for breastfeeding mumma’s, but I’ve bottled fed from birth.
anyone else experienced this?

I thought it was normal for everyone postpartum. A side effect of the giant hormone crash that happens after giving birth.

It's horrendous though. I hated waking up drenched in sweat and stinking.

Normal, I formula fed but still had horrendous night sweats. They do get better eventually once your hormones start to level out again.
I also lost so much weight during that time, think I sweat it all out!

Normal I think! It's crazy how many changes our bodies go through postpartum. It can even make you feel a little crazy with everything that goes on. I've found connecting with mums and reading more about postpartum really soothed my anxiety. Really recommend reading up on postpartum and other women's experiences. It can be such a comforter and anxiety reliever to know you're not alone. There's an app called Carea which has some great free articles on postpartum.
