Am I anemic?

I'm 4 months postpartum. I've been feeling exhausted to the point I can't drive, feeling cold, muscle aches and dry skin. I had my bloods done. GP hasn't got any current appointments to review my results. I've attached my results. Does it look like I'm anemic?

Yeah your ferritin is a bit low so I'd get some iron supplements while you're waiting.

Your ferritin level is very low. I’m on iron tablets with a ferritin level of 24. Mine has gone up to 56 but I’m still on iron.

Which tablets are you on if you don't mind me asking?

Ferrasorb is good and well tolerated

Spatone a few times a week too with orange juice

Better you iron spray.

Tablets upset tummies.

Ferrous Fumerate 210mg tablets.

Thank you. I was put on them when I was pregnant with twins from 12 weeks pregnant to reduce the chances of becoming anemic as I was high risk. My iron was fine throughout my pregnancy and even when I left the hospital a week after my csection. 4 months later I'm feeling awful and it's low.
