Wet myself 12 weeks post partum

This is incredibly embarrassing, so seeking some advice. I am 12 weeks post partum with my first baby who was born by ELCS. I was really religious about doing daily pelvic floor exercises throughout pregnancy and have continued after using the Squeezy app. I noticed I needed the toilet more frequently post partum and wore pads in case I leaked a little. But this kind of eased off as the weeks have gone on. I went for a Mummy MOT and nothing was flagged. Today I have been out on a walk, maybe 90 minutes - went to the toilet before I left and about half way through my walk really needed the toilet, I got home and didn’t make it to the toilet and have wet myself all on the floor. I am mortified - is this a bladder prolapse of a one off because I left if too long?

That sounds horrible. I think you should make an appointment with your GP and get it checked out.

Hi @Ajb92 did you get to the bottom of this? I have something similar where I'm finding I need to week really frequently and scared I'll wet myself
