9months postpartum still breastfeeding and struggling to lose weight

I’m really struggling with my weight and how I look. This is my second baby and second c section. I’ve tried everything to get my son off breastfeeding but he doesn’t want anything but me. I’m home alone with him everyday from 8:30-3:30 which doesn’t help as he is very attached to me. It’s my first time breastfeeding and I have enjoyed it but I’m starting to hate it as the pressure is only on me to provide him with milk and and I have no me time anymore. Breastfeeding makes me hungry constantly and I will admit I don’t always reach for the healthiest option but I can’t always do it as he’s so attached. Does anyone have any advice please???

You're burning around 500 calories a day breastfeeding if he's not really eating much (which it sounds like he's not). So while you are hungry when you stop you probably won't be much less hungry (or at least I wasn't) so will have to either reduce food or exercise more (for reference 500 cals is roughly the equivalent of walking five miles). So I'd have stuff that is filling but less calorie dense within easy reach. And have a load of fizzy water before you eat too.
