Post natal - 13 weeks.

Already had one period.
I was having light spotting yesterday and full period today a lot of cramping.

This is what I've found on the pad. I'm really worried as to what it could be!

I did fall last week and I've got my ribs very hard so worrying it might be something, related to this...
Could anyone give me any ideas please.
(Currently on holiday I will be booking into seeing a doctor when I return home)

I believe this might be a bit of the lining of your womb. I remember having something similar many many years ago.

Yes, I’ve just done a little google and my recollection appears to be correct. I was fine and it never happened again.

Could you ring your home GP for a telephone consult and ask them to take a look at the photo? It looks like some bits of uterine tissue that have come out and shed, not uncommon but it would be good for them to reassure you!

The first thing that came to my mind was a miscarriage after failed contraception.

I'm back home on Wednesday morning so I will ring them once I land and ask for an appointment regarding this (and the potential broken ribs🤣)
