Hi everyone in my 2nd pregnancy, my first ended in c section and was on no medication I didn't bleed that much after. This time I'm on Asprin which I'm worried will I have very bad bleeding after my planned c section ? And for a longer time of make my periods very bad

As someone who was on blood thinning injections by the time I got to the end of both pregnancies, I can tell you that my after birth bleeding was completely manageable, and I passed hardly any clots. When my periods returned (it took a while as I breastfed) they were just the same as before. Lots of women (myself included) take aspirin while pregnant, as blood thinning medications go it is extremely mild.
If you're feeling anxious, talk to your midwife about it - they're usually quite helpful and reassuring with things like this.
