Postpartum tenderness in uterus

Hi I’m 4 months postpartum after my second c-section. Stopped bleeding after 5 weeks and first period started the week after. I’ve just had my 4th period since giving birth. 8 days ago my period started and that day I felt like my internal organs were moving around and just felt a lot going on inside. Very strange feeling I can’t even describe it. I’ve felt that on-off for 8 days now, like I can feel my uterus and other organs moving inside, uterus is a bit tender but no pain in at all but got lower back pain (I have scoliosis). My period finished 2-3 days ago and I thought it was because I’m of my period but I can still feel these things. No bleeding since period finished and no unusual discharge. Is this normal or shall I contact GP?

Thank you in advance.

I forgot to mention that after my first section 3 years ago I was diagnosed with a stone in my gallbladder and the only symptom of it is daily bloating but no pain. I also had a fibroid in my uterus before I became pregnant but during pregnancy they said they couldn’t really see it on the scans.
