Overhang after csection

I was just wondering if anyone had a bad overhang and stretch marks after their csection and had any tips for reducing it or didn't it reduce? It's still early days as I had twins 3 weeks ago. My stomach has reduced a lot but the overhang is loose skin that I can't see reducing🫣

Congratulations on your babies. 30 years since my c section and I still have an overhang. I'm overweight at the moment but still had one when I was at normal weight. Fortunately I'm not particularly bothered by it.

It will reduce a lot from how it is now but may not get back how it was.

With my first section it took just over a year for my stomach to look okish again with hardly any over hang. 2 more sections later and the overhang is there. I’m not over weight but it’s still there and will never go unless I have surgery.

Full briefs and high waisted bikinis make it less noticeable.

Congratulations on your twins

Congratulations!

I had 1 vaginal birth then 2 EMCS and same as above, I still have the overhang and my youngest is now 4! Unfortunately it probably won't ever go away but I've sort of gotten used to it. It did reduce a lot from how it first looked but it is still there.

I still have an overhang never lost it. 3 c sections including twins.

I had a C section 15 months ago and unfortunately the overhang remains! The scar itself looks barely noticeable however.

Congratulations!! I had a lot of swelling which I mistook for an overhang at first. Your bump also takes a while to go down as your uterus shrinks. I'm 7m PP and don't have an overhang. I do have stretch marks which are starting to fade slightly.
