C section scar - indent

Hey. Im 2 years postpartum and I have indent on the left side of my c section scar and it is causing abit of pain recently has anyone else got this ? It looks strange and has always been there but seems to be even more indented lately

It looks to me as though your scar tissue has adhered to your stomach. Same happened to me when I had an operation to remove a breast tumour 20+ years ago. The scar is tiny, but because of the adhesion, it looks quite big. I had a small op to try to rectify it, but it just went back to the way it was.

Look to book a c section scar "massage" delivered by a trained physio, mine released adhesions using machine. They werent as deep but could be worth a go if surgery the alternative
