Anxiety

Hi there,

Since I gave birth to my baby over 4 months ago I feel my anxiety has gotten worse.

I find myself worrying about everything constantly and find it very difficult to switch off.

I did look into counselling with my health insurance. However we couldn't get a time to suit us both and I cancelled it.

I would naturally be an anxious person.

I don't find myself worrying about my baby but I worry about stupid things all the time. It's really ruining my maternity leave.

Anyone else experience this after having a baby?

Morning @RoseHiker

i can definitely sympathise. My anxiety went through the roof after having babies. I think it’s quite common so don’t beat yourself up over it. Contributing factor for me was a complicated birth. They are now teens and I’d say it’s still much the same.

Would definitely recommend counselling to help with perspective.

congratulations on the safe arrival of your little one. 😊
