Hi guys ok as you know I’m 6 weeks post partum, my check up with doctors isn’t until 8 weeks as they said it’s best to do babies immunisations and my check up on same appointment. Do I have wait for the doctor to check down there before I can exercise?
I had a vaginal delivery with no stitches,

Depends what you're doing. Brisk walk great, yoga and pilates with care, swimming if you've stopped bleeding, deadlifts, running and trampolining not until at least 4 months.

I started running around 8 weeks pp. Also a vaginal delivery but had grade 2 tear so stitches. I think it’s best to listen to your body, maybe with extra caution. I got carried away the first time & did a 5k and my hips killed after. For reference I didn’t really exercise pregnant as felt rubbish/vommed constantly.

Yes, as you had no complications.

Nobody checked my stitches after my children. Wasn't even offered a post natel appointment after my 3rd dc.

Congratulations!
