Sad Season 2 GIF by Friends

Hi, so I had my baby in January this year. It was an unplanned c section. I suffered with an infection a week after having my baby, but with antibiotics and fungal cream it got better after two weeks. Now I’m nearly 20 weeks post partum and have the infection again! I have a belly hang due to pregnancy weight gain and the c section. Summer is arriving and getting hot. I’m supposed to keep the area dry to prevent infection. How can I do this when I have a belly hang? I’m the primary carer for my baby 12 hours of the day. I sweat when I’m taking care of him. I need advice. How can I keep the area dry to avoid infections? If you also struggled with this what helped you?
please any advice welcome! I’m trying to lose the baby weight so I don’t have the hang anymore but I can’t do that without sweating!

I also have an overhang tummy, I was advised to wash and towel dry by patting not rubbing but also to dry it throughly with a hairdryer on cool x
