Omg mine was awfullll from 4 months. I had such long hair as well but it was stressing me out so I got it cut to shoulder length & it made a huge difference to how I could manage it. I started biotin supplements, worked on ensuring I got loads of protein and used the uklash hair growth serum and at 6m I noticed loads of new hair growth. Looks ridiculous but at least it’s coming back 😂 good luck!

Thanks so much- I might get mine cut too!
That's some really good advice I'll definitely look into the biotin and serum

Honestly the hair cut was a game changer, much easier to manage to look respectable too with the babies! I did a massive ‘deshed’ before going as was embarrassed but the hairdresser said she sees it all the time. They said new hair growth starts within 8 weeks and sure enough, that’s when mine started sprouting. Good luck!
