i find it difficult to pass urine unless I’m busting I have to push it out even though I feel like I need to go.

TMI- if I lie down and check myself internally it feels normal however if I’m standing the walls of my vagina are at the opening my not protruding.

I had a forceps delivery- is this normal I’m 12 weeks post partum.

Can you self refer to a women's health physio in your area? If not get a referral from your GP. This is probably what you need.
It sounds like you could have some kind of pelvic floor dysfunction, but maybe the muscles are too tense hence the difficulty peeing. This doesn't mean you can't have a prolapse too sadly, but in any case it sounds like you need your pelvic floor muscles assessed.

Note that I only know about pelvic floor issues and have no knowledge of other conditions which may cause difficulty peeing. If you are worried about it or it gets worse maybe best to make a GP appointment to rule out anything urgent if the wait for the physio is quite long.

Thank you @MauraLabingi I have taken your advice and have an appointment in July- sadly it’s the earliest but would have been much longer if you hadn’t advised.
