Anyone have a stage 3 bladder prolapse?

Hi all,
I recently had an abortion due to financial reasons and because I knew I already had a stage 2 prolapse.
I got myself checked 2 weeks ago and unfortunately the doctor has informed me I have a stage 3 bladder prolapse as it is visible at my entrance (so my prolapse has become worse)
Please can anyone give me any support and advise if they have been in the same situation? I have been referred to a gynaecologists and am only 30 years old.
I'm so sad that my prolapse has gone this far down but I guess from a health perspective I did the right thing by having an abortion, as another pregnancy would probably made my bladder come out

I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I’m in a very similar state. Grade 3 bladder prolapse and grade 2 rectal one. I’ve had them since 2021. I’m currently seeing a consultant at the moment and going through tests to work out what to do. Having lived with it for a number of years I found that Pilates really helped- never going to fix it but made it manageable during the day. I started off really slowly and gradually built it up. Mine was also badly affected during my period so I went on the pill so I could merge packs together to reduce the number of periods I had. Be careful with lifting, squats etc and make sure you don’t get constipated. Hopefully the consultant will have some answers for you.
