Those with pcos who exclusively breastfed, when did you get your period back?

At 8 months both times. First time I was pregnant again at 14 months.

Edit- sorry only saw the bf bit of your title not the PCOS bit. I don't have PCOS so feel free to disregard.

9.5 mths for my first, memorable because it was really really heavy, and I was at a funeral with no sanitary stuff with me
I think DC2 was similar

Bazaarily after DC2 my body seemed to get the message and my periods went from all over the place 4 to 12 weeks to a regular 4 weeks!

Mine came back once I’d stopped feeding DS entirely at 16 months. He’d only been having one fairly small feed a day for a while at that point but it was still enough to stop my periods. Like a PP they came back more regular than before DS, about 6 weeks. I got pregnant quickly.

13 months. I stopped breastfeeding at 10 months. As a pp mentioned, having a baby did something strange in that my periods were rather more regular after having my first, cycles were 30-45 days rather than 14-110+ like they were before.

15 months for me. My baby just loved breastfeeds at all times of the day and night. I went back to work at 10 months, so I thought that would have affected things, but it didn’t.

dc1 stopped feeding at 12 months and my period arrived not long after.
