Hi I wanted to see if anyone else had similar for after birth but TW due to baby loss, but wanted to see if anyone has experienced similar when given birth around the same gestation I did.xx

So last Tuesday at 17+2 we had a scan and baby's heartbeat had stopped.
On Thursday, I gave birth to him and was in hospital until Saturday when I was discharged.
On Monday morning I had a large clot so went into hospital, they pulled out some smaller clots, but could see up to my cervix was clear, they also scanned me & there wasn't a lot of tissue remaining in my womb, not enough for concern to need a procedure anyway.
I was getting such bad pains. They have put me on antibiotics in case I had a minor infection due to that big clot.
My bleeding had reduced over yesterday, as I was up the hospital spending time with my son before he goes for his post mortem.
But tonight now 6 days postpartum, I've had another big blood clot. I've phoned the hospital but I haven't really got any other symptoms of a postnatal hemorrhage. But also about 20 mins after the blood clot I had sharp shooting/stabbing pain down below. Didn't know if anyone else has experienced similar and did it turn out to be anything? I've had 3 children before and never had blood clots almost a week after birth.
Also today I have had headache all day despite taking paracetamol. So if anyone else has been through similar, please let me know. Thankyou.

You need to see someone, call 111, or the ward you were on. I’d worry you have retained products.
