Pelvic floor and running

I'm now nearly 8 months PP and still leak when running or walking fast, other activities, laughing, sneezing are ok. I have been to a PP physio and so the pelvic floor squeezes. Although I probably should do strength exercises and squeezes more regularly, I feel I'm stronger than I was but still leaking.

Has anyone got experience of what has worked to enable them to run again? Is it worth going to the GP, or will they just recommend physio?

Hi,

I was given the following document by my GP at my 8 week check when I mentioned I wanted to plan a return to running - there might be helpful information for you in here.

Thanks @FloraPoste42 have you managed to return to running?

There's lots of information there! I've made an appointment with the GP, I just hope we can find something that helps.
