4 months PP painful intercourse

Has anybody else had this, is it normal? We DTD for the first time since pregnancy and I found it painful and not at all pleasurable. I had a second degree tear and a clitoral tear but I thought everything would have fully healed by now?

For me it was definitely a case of having to ease back into it, taking things slowly, lots of lube (sorry TMI) and making sure I was actually “ready” beforehand. It was painful at first so there were quite a few abandoned attempts but it was just trial & error plus working back up to it x
