Just that really! Nearly 2 years pp but still breastfeeding (like a newborn it seems!). Trying to look after myself a bit more with a good multivitamin, any recommendations would be great please!
I did order Wild Nutrition but unfortunately they contain pea protein which DS is allergic to so had to cancel

I use Proceive breastfeeding capsules alongside their Omega 3 supplements. Have been breastfeeding for almost 3 years now and I find they do make a difference.

Thank you @Leolady11 I will give them a go, just finding I have absolutely no energy which could be terrible diet too but hoping a vitamin will help!

Have you tried a gentle iron supplement too, like Spatone, if you're so tired? Flowers

@TinyMouseTheatre i haven’t actually but that is a really good idea! A toddler that breastfeeds a few times every night doesn’t help, but not much I can do to change that, so will definitely give Spatone a go too. Anything gentle! Thank you for recommending

No problem. If you like gentle things have you thought of trying some gentle night weaning too? Wink

My naturopath told me to get Cytoplan Pregna-care
