Episiotomy

If you happen to be unhappy with how an episiotomy heals, is there anything you can do? It's early days but one side of my labia is a different length to the other side hanging lower and it wasn't like that before, so I'm hoping it heals to the same as it was. Since it is stitched I'm thinking there's not really a reason for it to not be similar to how it was before.

Hi op

mine felt wonky at first but it did settle. However if you’re not happy you can get reconstructive surgery but I think to get it done on the NHS it has to be due to pain rather than cosmetic.
