Wondering if anyone else has experienced this…
I am 12 days postpartum and most days for the last week only in then evenings when I'm more tired, i have this urge to cry but i have no emotions with it. I’m not sad nore happy, but just want to cry and its even worse when i have a let down. Its definitely not mental health related and i have looked at Dysphoric milk ejection but its definitely not this either. It’s not distressing or making me feel sad at all but just wondering if i’m the only one and why i keep getting it and if there is anything that will help.

thanks in advance

Sounds familiar! I cried a lot with first baby and definitely more intense with feeding. And the tiredness too. And the change in your life. And mourning your old life. Sometimes I think it's a release your body needs because you don't have time to relax or sleep or process things properly so it's a way of letting tension out.
