Does anyone else get a tugging feeling on their scalp with post partum hair loss?

It’s been about a week and I get a constant tugging/ pulling feeling

My scalp constantly feel like when you were a kid & your Mum tightened up your pony tail or pigtails after tying them up. It is very tender to touch & even laying on pillows hurts. My hair has gone so thin with a combination of underactive thyroid & menopause.
