Hey everyone, just wondering has anyone tried supplements to regulate post partum hormones? I'm 9 weeks pp and I'm all over the place, weepy, grumpy the works. My poor family 🙈
Thanks

I can't really advise on specific supplements, but I did take a good multi vitamin and a probiotic post partum. For me it was a matter of trying to eat reasonably well and sleep. I noticed a huge parallel between my mood and anxiety and hormonal swings and lack of sleep. So it might be worth looking at your support network to see where they can step in to help you get more rest? It's so important for healing physically too.

If you're struggling and you find your hv or gp approachable then I'd mention it to them as well incase it's pnd which would be absolutely normal at that stage. Just because it's completely normal doesn't mean you need to live with it and I'm really glad you're on here asking for help and support. It does get easier!
