I'm exclusively breastfeeding and I had what I think was my first period since having my baby at around 5 months PP. The thing is it was very light, not painful at all and only lasted 2 or 3 days. I've had 2 more since which have been quite spaced out, around 6-8 weeks between periods, and the same sort of very short, light bleeding. I'm just posting because wondered if this was less of a period and could be more like a breakthrough bleed sort of thing? As so many people say the first period after a baby is so painful and heavy.
