7 weeks PP sickness and dizziness

I'm 7 weeks PP and today have been feeling unwell with sickness and dizziness. I'm not sure if it's just a drop in hormones, but the whole room is spinning and the only thing that helps is lying down!

Anyone else experienced this before?

You could have vertigo which is an imbalance of the crystals in your inner ear? This causes exactly your symptoms. I would speak to a gp because if so the only thing to help were anti sickness tabs and rebalance exercises.
