Small breasts post pregnancy

I’ve always had small breasts (32A) and after getting mastitis 5 times in 3 months with many antibiotics I had to stop breastfeeding. Since then my boobs are smaller than ever even a 32A bra won’t fit. I know it shouldn’t bother me, my body made an amazing little human but I can’t even look at myself without crying and feel like I don’t look like a woman at all. I guess I’m just hoping I’m not alone in feeling this way? And maybe any ways to get some confidence back?

They may come back. The cup volume is basically fat that's displaced by the enlarged milk ducts.

Mine were horribly empty when I stopped after a year but returned to previous fullness after maybe another year.

mastitis is a bitch! I had it after both of my pregnancies!

I stopped breastfeeding two years ago and they were so small and wrinkled when I stopped. I was really upset for a while. They were never big or anything amazing but after breastfeeding it was a joke tbf.

They are still small, although they have regained a little some shape and plumpness over time. But ultimately they are still flat. That's the main problem - not necessarily their size - but when I look from my side in the mirror they are flat. It bothers me and I won't ever have a cleavage or fill a bra... but over time you might find they come back a bit. Or come back completely. Mine have come back a bit but they don't look great. But they don't look horrific either. I try to remind myself what they have done for me and my children. They are not there for anything else. My husband never complains and always makes me feel good.

Focus on being happy in your body overall and not focusing too much on your breast. Maybe with time it won't bother you so much. It's still early days. Just know you are not alone. Many women wonder around with wrinkled small flat boobies after breastfeeding... I just wear padded bras. No one will know ;)
