I’m 2 weeks post c section and feel extremely low and I feel like not having sex Is part of the problem, I just want to feel closeness with my partner and haven’t been able to due to the C-section, I do suffer with anxiety/depression and I know hormones after pregnancy are probably making things worse.
My question is has anyone had sex at 3/4 weeks post c section and if they were ok after

I tried at 4 weeks but it was too uncomfortable so we stopped. You can try sooner if you want to - your body will let you know if it's an issue.

If you can't, however, you could maybe plan for some other one on one time - maybe a movie night (baby permitting) with lots of cuddles?

Congratulations on new baby! Hopefully the hormones calm down for you soon - I struggled quite a bit after mine but make sure to speak to someone if it ever feels too much 💐

Congratulations! Have you been having any treatment for your anxiety/depression?

Can you find other ways to feel close to your partner without intercourse?

If you're insistent i suggest trying by yourself to see how your body manages the build up and (if you get there) orgasm before you're in the moment with your partner.
