Constantly getting sick

I had a baby in July last year. He has just turned one. For the last 7 months it’s literally been one respiratory virus after another in our house. I take our baby to various play and baby groups so he does mix a fair bit. I feel like it’s just back to back cold and flu viruses that I am also getting. I’m still breastfeeding baby and he does loads of night wakes but I’m honestly at my wits end. Just recovered from what I think was Covid and baby has a cold which I can feel coming on for me now.

I take postnatal vitamins, vitamin D, spirulina, healthy diet, yoga and daily walks with pram. Sleep is the one factor that is lacking though. But I can’t control that.

Does this phase pass? Need some words of encouragement

I used to say I had an amazing immune system. I just don’t have a child! 🤣

Do you think doing some gentle night weaning might help you both to get some sleep and hopefully, improve your immunity?
