Small area in stomach painful when pushed 11 months postnatal

I'm currently 11 months postnatal but notice at 3 months postnatal if I pushed in on a small certain area of my stomach (where your belly button is, left and up a bit ) it's quite painful. Only when I push it and it's about the size of a 50p the area of pain. No lumps, no hernia. Paid for a private scan who scan the area and checked all my abdo organs and all was clear and normal. Also had bloods done twice, also all normal. I had a elective section and everything went well, so did postnatal recovery. Sometimes I get back pain but not painful for meds. And it also feels like the muscle underneath attached to the c section scar is tight and pulling. Again not painful. Just really weird. Wondering if anyone else had this. It's worst to press when I've eaten too but less painful on an empty stomach. Sometimes hard to find if I haven't eaten. So odd 🤣.

Btw I have health anxiety so no scary replies if possible please. Just wondering if anyone had similar.

Gently, this is likely your anxiety. Are you addressing that?
