C-section incision has lumpy bits sticking out?

I'm 17 days postpartum from an emergency C-section and my incision has these weird bits sticking out? Bf says they've been there since the start but not as prominent but I'm worried. Anyone know what's going on with it?

skin closure glue?

Healing dry skin over the scar. Regular showers, plenty of moisturiser, start massaging your scar above and below.

All looks totally normal
