Hi all.

tMI warning.
I've started my first proper period (not lochia) 6 weeks after the birth of my daughter. But Oh my god. This morning was like a scene from Carrie, soaking through pads every half an hour, some cramping etc, worst thing was I was out and about and had to buy new pants because if soaked through (I ended up putting a nappy on my pants and that helped).
The thing I'm a bit worried about though is the amount of CLOTS I'm passing. Every time I sit on the toilet, I can feel myself birthing a family of jellyfish, and another came out In the shower. All about the size of a ping pong ball that's been stood on. I know a bit of clotting and the overall heaviness is normal as I had this with my first and was assured by a Dr then. But the sheer amount of Clots is what's bothering me slightly.
Now I'm back home, I appear to have slowed down a lot (typical!), so I'm less stressed than I was.
