I had 1st baby 7 months ago. straitforwad delivery . Slight graze /tear but midwifes agreed it didn't need stitches. I did try and have a look after birth but everything looked red and swollen I couldn't really tell if anything had really changed. I haven't got a mirror out and looked at vulva / vigina since ( not that's its a thing I do regularly anyway). Anyway today I found a mirror and had a look and saw a bulge at front just inside vigina. I think there has always been something there but it just looked more? I've not had any symptoms of prolapse and I had a smear test recently and nothing was mentioned? Everything feels fine during sex although I can feel something more full closer to entrance if I touch with fingers.
But I'm worried a little casue I'm sure it didn't used to be there? However I was squating so maybe this affected it?

Any advise. I don't want to go to Dr's to be informed its normal but also if I need referral to woman's physio I wouldn't want to not get seen. feeling silly for not being so observant of my body. Is it possible to have a prolapse orb cystocele without knowing it?

I have a lump of flesh at the front, inside my vagina, and it drops down. I asked a GP about it when I was having a smear, and she said it’s normal after a vaginal delivery.
