Hi everyone. I’m nearly 2 years postpartum after a very difficult birth with complications and a long recovery, including surgery. I returned to my pre-pregnancy weight about 4 or 5 months after the birth. I have been doing holistic core restore and solved my issues with incomplete emptying when I went for a wee. A women’s health coach told me my diastesis recti has healed. But my tummy goes out so much at the bottom. It affects my confidence so much and am worried I look pregnant and this bothers me. Can anyone advise? I’m low on money so can’t afford more physio which I did last year. Thank you.
