Period not arrived yet

Hello, I'm nearly 13 weeks post partum and no sign of my first period. I'm sure with my first son it had arrived by now. I'm not breastfeeding either. I know timings can vary, should I be concerned?

Sorry I should add I have done 3 pregnancy tests just to treble check
