I’m 6 weeks PP, I had an infection in my wound which cleared up but now I’m afraid a little bit looks infected again? Have my 6 week check tomorrow anyway so will ask but filled with anxiety cause my last infection needed a hospital stay :( I was walking today and was very warm so unsure if sweat has just irritated it, I’ve cleaned it with cool boiled water and dabbed it try with sterile gauze and let it air dry.

I wouldn't say that's infected from the photo, it's a little inflamed at the end where your bead stitch was, I'm assuming?
Keep it clean and dry and show it to the MW tomorrow.
Any temperature, shivering, nausea, get it checked sooner.
Inflammation isn't always the same as infection.

Thank you! That end was where all this horrible fluid burst out of the wound when it was infected so it is taking longer to heal, there was 2 small holes which have closed up but one of them is where that redness is. Hoping it is just inflammation like you say, I think the right side is going to take a while to heal, quite frustrating.
