I'm 3 weeks postpartum and for the last two weeks I can feel a grinding feeling in my lower back / coccyx area when I'm walking around. Not painful. I had a c-section this time and didn't experience this with my first (vaginal birth). Has anyone had anything similar? Anything I can do to help myself? It goes through me and I can't help but worry about the damage it's doing if my bones are grinding together 😬 Thank you.
