Very swollen itchy ladybits

Hi all,
I had an emergency c section 5 weeks ago due to a heavy bleed during labour. Had a foul smelling discharge develop a few days post delivery which GP prescribed antibiotics for.

Today I’ve had a throbbing bruise like pain whenever I sit down on my labia and clitoris as well being very itchy. Went to inspect before and my clitoris and labia have swelled right up and look shiny/ bright pink. Also a slight smell but not as horrendous as before.😫

Will go to GP if it hasn’t improved on Monday. Wondering if anyone had experienced this? Wondering if it might be a uti as haven’t been weeing as often.

Any advice appreciated!

Sounds more like thrush than a UTI but if you've recently had an infection I'd want it checked to rule out cellulitis (the pain, red and swollen sounds nasty).
Any discharge?

Thanks all 😊The swelling and pain has went down but still slightly itchy. Will monitor tomorrow and book in with gp if no better.
