Anyone else had one of these ? 3 children last child was born 3 years ago but only got really bad lately when I poo I can see the buldge 😬😬😬 and apart from that just feels like pressure down there unless I’m laying down at bedtime I’m in a complete meltdown and worrying now feel awful suffer with anxiety as it is but this is a different level
