TRIGGER WARNING GROSS PHOTO !!!

I had a c section 4 weeks ago we started being sexually active again after 2 weeks and from last week I have began doing 10 minute workouts. This isn’t my first baby so obviously lifting more than meant to but I’ve been feeling great and no concerns ( always have said if I start to feel off I’ll reduce activity) but tonight I have had some dark blood dripping out after uriniating and TRIGGER WARNING what ever the hell this is fell into my knickers?? should I book a doctors appointment?

Go to gp and get checked. It takes 4 wks plus to heal properly.
