Has anyone experienced something similar?
5 days pp, and whenever I go to the toilet to open my bowels in the last two days, once I've been I get a really sore lower back. It feels like a really intense, dull ache, lasts for about 2 minutes and then goes away again.
I have a bit of a funny head too, like not quite a headache but just feeling a bit weird. I can't quite describe it.
No epidural, straightforward delivery etc. any ideas?
