Breast pain

Hi everyone

im 8 weeks postpartum and over the last 2 days I’ve started getting a painful ache in the side of my left breast. I have never BF, only FF. I have 2 kids and never had this sort of pain in my breast this far postpartum. Does anyone else have any experience or any idea what it could be?

Hi, congratulations firstly. Is it like rock hard to touch? Sometimes, if there is milk stored in your breast it may cause pain? I think you should reach out to your health visitor
