Arm Paralysis

I had a baby 8 weeks ago, while I was pregnant my hands were badly swollen, they still are to some extent but I can now wear my wedding rings although throughout the day can be very tight.
I woke up last night and tried to check the time on my watch but I could not move my left arm. I tried a few times and then went back to sleep.
Not sure if I should worry about this, it's probably just trapped nerve or something from holding the baby?

I’d be seeing the GP about it. Did you mention it at the 6 week check?

You've most likely slept funny on a nerve, try a lower pillow at night. Could also be from feeding/holding the baby and pinched nerves in your neck x

I did mention at my check up, it was over the phone and the doctor said that some pregnant symptoms can linger for up to 12 weeks. My hand was only just swollen at that point.
