May I ask how long you were sore for, down below, after giving birth? It's been 8 days for me since having my daughter and I feel super sore 😕

When I had mine the MWs recommended taking salt baths. Have you tried that @Rose1999?

Ages. Ibuprofen, ice packs and arnica tablets helped a lot second time around.

Normal but ask for a check up. Stitches need examining and midwife will check.

The gp normally does a postnatal check up at 6 weeks. This is because it normally takes that long for everything to heal, your body has been through a lot.
