Baby rash?

Hello my 4 month old has developed a rash? Before it was just red marks on her belly and back. I saw the doctor and they prescribed me “zero cream” for the dryness. It’s helped with the dryness however it’s now bumpy and kind of in a a cluster. She has a rash when she was a newborn but it went after 2 weeks. I’m not sure if this is eczema anyone have any ideas?

It looks like ringworm to me on the chest area

It could be impetigo though as it's spreading

Which my DD had and it spread very quickly

She had to go into hospital as it's very contagious and was put on antibiotics for a few days and stay in isolation with me and her dad taking turns in her hospital room

When I took DD to hospital we watched it spread before our eyes it was that quick

Take her to A&E to assess better

At the time I took DD to the GP who also prescribed a cream

But if course it spread to I took her to A&E which was the right thing to do

Go to A&E
