Lump In Armpit..

Hi all..
4 days postpartum and I have a lump that's appeared in my armpit overnight. It doesn't hurt atall. I attempted breastfeeding for the first 2 days but was unsuccessful so have now moved to formula and this lump has happened the same time as my milk has come in.. Don't know if it's a coincidence.

Any ideas?
I have asked the midwife who said it felt glandular but was unsure so I've made an appointment with the GP

I have the same and midwife said it's milk duct and nothing to worry about. Mines starting to go down now

I had a lump similar to this and it did turnout to be glandular - gp was able to treat it really easily with a single injection and haven't had any issues since.
