Toning tummy postpartum

What are you all doing / using to tone up your postpartum tummy?

My tummy is flat, but I feel like it's too "soft" and "squishy" (really weird feeling)

What can I do to tone it up/ firm it?

Any recommendations for exercises that work?
Someone suggested a "roller" to roll on my tummy but I don't know what that is? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Strengthening your core with pilates will really help, I did that after DD1 and it was great, I've been a bit rubbish since having DD2, and need to start it again as it really helped

There are some good postpartum yoga videos on YouTube. I'm not sure about the roller either! Wink
